Very good location, walking distance from Pamukkale and City Center.
The room is big, but not luxurious. In my specific case, the A/C leaked water on the carpet all night long and the bathroom tube leaked a good amount of water into the floor.

100% recommend for a short break
Cozy restaurant, spacious poolside snack bar, made my stay enjoyable and convenient, especially since the hotel is only 70 km from the nearest airport.

It gives you the best facility in the town. The way the hotel is orginized gives you the feeling of going far away to relax and forget about the city.
- First I was given a room that didn't cleaned yet. - The quality of the room and bathroom gives you the feeling of 3-star hotel or 3.5 and I paid a price of 4.5-star hotel although it was an offer. - The dinner buffet was close to the swimming pool which was nice, however, there was a huge number of insects all over our table and reached the buffet, too. - The charge too much on services (lundary, drinks ...etc) may be 3 to 4 times the normal price in Turkey.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and good food. The hotel is situated in a great spot, close to the main attractions, yet away from the noise of the main streets. My room was super clean and cozy, and the staff was genuinely cute and helpful. The food was also a highlight, especially dinner, surprisingly delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Away from the noisy streets, it offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. the rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. the bathroom is spacious and equipped with necessary toiletries. the breakfast buffet is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the on-site outdoor and indoor thermal pools are a real treat!
The wifi can be unreliable at times.

Good Value for Money
Location is great- within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The thermal pools and sauna make for a relaxing stay. And best of all, the price for a room is very reasonable.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and was repetitive. the rooms were average, and the bathrooms were in need of an update.
